This project in Estonia Otepaa is my first experience .I saw this project as a stepping stone and I want more. In this project about supporting and developing young educators, we received training using various digital and visual resources. We also studied the methods of effective communication and learning by getting to know different cultures and new languages. I am sure that the project made us realize our potential and contributed to the transformation of youth workers into educators.
