Hi, I am Gamze Özseçen. I am studying at Istanbul University Faculty of Pharmacy. I participitated Youth CommunicAction projects is that organized by Diyarbakır Çevre Kalkınma Derneği on 8-16 May in Italy. A total of 40 people took part in the project with participants from Turkey, Albania, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Italy. This was my first Erasmus+ Project because of that I was so excited. If I give some details about the Project, we worked on the topic of “communication and how to contrast hate and violent expressions, preventing discrimination and racism”. It was a very different topic. Activities and workshop carried on through non-formal education methods strengthened our communication. I think that it is the best way of learning. We had chance to learn other countries culture, food, and dance styles. I think Spain people are very heartwarming. Where we were staying was a rather small Italian city. I understood we were in Italy with the pasta we ate every day. I can say that I will never forget the eight days I spent there and I will always talk about it. I would also like to thank ÇEVKA for this great opportunity. I hope we have the chance to meet in other projects.
