10 Incredible days in the Estonian city of Otepa.For improve the quality of youth exchanges by educating young people through many productive activities with youth workers from various countries where you can improve yourself about group leadership .The participants who were in the project were in a platform that gave everyone the chance to put themselves at the forefront and get a chance to be active. Formal and non-formal education, the use and benefits of digital tools in youth work,case studies in different difficult situations and solution,recommedations to them.Session started with ice-break activities name games,and self introduction activities.By the time more informative activities being held during the project in order to increase participants leadership skills,and youth activities quality in order to improve them in coming projects for the participants.Shortly it gave us a chance to realise our potential and think about participants future goals as a youth worker.In summary, it was a great project where we built great friendships , learned a lot of useful information about group leadership and the development of youth work, met with the amazing nature of Estonia.Thanks to Çevka and Seiklejate Vennaskond , who gave us and other youngs to experince this informative session.
