Tolerance: Feel It

Tolerance: Feel It

3 Yıl Önce

Again an amazing project, again of course with ÇEVKA... Even though i live in Turkey, i didn't have the chance to see the beauty of Bursa and the project was a good opportunity for me. The air, the nature, i guess pretty much everything was so amazing that i fell in love with it. I guess with the people we had, it felt like home. Apart from the beauty of Bursa, i feel like i develop my skills and learn more about myself in durign the projects. I think the way of knowing other cultures or traditions or life styles of others who are from other countries is to speak and share with them. Even though you have the opportunity to travel those countries you will know more about the country if you speak with some people from those countries. So i guess not the person who travels the most neither the person who reads most know more, but the person who attented more Erasmus projects knows more :) Our project was about TOLERANCE against other cultures and traditions or races or whatever you can think of, at the beginin of the project i felt maybe some people are not gonna be open or even though the project is about tolerance they might not be interested in sharing their perspectives but at the end of the project when i left Bursa, all i felt was i left my long time friends and came home from a long journey with them. I had prejudices like all the people had against others, but after spending a couple of days with them, poof.. all gone. Toally amazing people, no one judges anyone, you can speak to anyone, i dont know what i would want more from a project. I gained a lot of people as new friends and i think our friendships are gonna last for a long long time with them. Thanks to ÇEVKA, Thanks to Mehmet Sultan and all my friends for the amazinng project that i had the chance to attend.
