Hello,my name is İrem.I had the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ youth exchange project "Avoiding the Lost Generation" in Hamar, Norway from August 8-18. in this project there were 60 people and 5 different countries. This project was my first project experience and I couldn't have done better.ıt was an enriching journey that left an indelible mark on me. In this project I met so many new people and made so many friends, many of whom I continue to nurture through ongoing conversations and get-togethers, but I also witnessed a significant growth in my English proficiency, especially thanks to the immersive cultural nights where I encountered new perspectives and learned invaluable insights. In the cultural nights I really learned so many amazing things that I had never learned before and tasted so many different flavors. It was really a very useful and beautiful activity.Every night we did a different cultural night and they were all individually beautiful. Our exploration of entrepreneurship and discussions on unemployment were not only enlightening but also extremely enjoyable. Participating in the various activities allowed us to absorb the information in a fun and interactive way.Everyone presented about their own venture and this helped us to build our self-confidence and to think about things we really needed to think about and we did it in a really fun way. Many times there were different events for us to mingle and we had a lot of fun, theater competitions, film competitions and many more.... What's more, I can't ignore the places we stayed and the delicacies we tasted during our stay. From the delicious food to the comfortable lodgings, everything was meticulously arranged to ensure a truly unforgettable experience. And let's not forget the breathtaking moment we saw the Northern Lights on our last night, an encounter that is undoubtedly etched in my list of unforgettable memories. and also the oscar night we had on the last day was really fun. we all dressed up and chose the winner of the best short film competition. We had a free day and had the opportunity to visit Oslo and it was very enjoyable to visit there together. Also, the town we stayed in was also very beautiful. We stayed in a very beautiful house in the middle of the trees and I can say that it was a perfect place to really feel the peace. We saw people skiing all the time. I would like to thank ÇEVKA for paving the way for me to have such an experience.
